Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

Good South Foods (“Good South,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) processes orders as quickly as possible after payment is received. Estimated shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary based on destination, carrier performance, weather conditions, and other factors outside of our control.

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer to the extent permitted by applicable law. If a package is delayed, misdelivered, or lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to initiate a trace and, where appropriate, assist the customer in resolving the issue; however, Good South is not responsible for carrier delays or errors.

Final Sale on Food Items

Due to food safety and quality control requirements, all sales of food products are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations of food items once an order has been placed, except where required by law or as expressly stated in this policy.

Non-Food Items (Merchandise & Gear)

Non-food items (including, without limitation, apparel, mugs, hats, bags, backpacks, aprons, and other merchandise or gear) may be eligible for return, exchange, or replacement on a case-by-case basis in Good South’s sole discretion. Eligibility may depend on factors including the item type, condition, fulfillment method (including third-party or print-on-demand fulfillment), and the nature of the issue reported.

If you believe a non-food item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within a reasonable timeframe after delivery and provide supporting information (including photographs, order number, and a description of the issue). Good South reserves the right to require additional documentation prior to approving any remedy.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us promptly upon receipt and include photographic evidence of the product and packaging. Good South will determine, in its discretion and consistent with applicable law, the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, refund, store credit, or other remedy.

Refunds and Credits

Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original form of payment unless otherwise required by law. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return or refund is required by law or the issue resulted from Good South’s error.
